returns & exchanges

damaged or faulty goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll happily replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation. Your satisfaction matters to us — we want every order to arrive in perfect condition.
